ModRelay provides API relay, routing, caching, and transformation services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our pricing at any time with 30 days notice.

We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data, and we will not access or use your data except as necessary to provide the service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Intellectual Property

The ModRelay service and all related technology are proprietary to ModRelay. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service.

9. Limitation of Liability

ModRelay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate these terms at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease, and we may delete your account and data.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
